THE SPECIFICS

  • Providing junior production support across a range of accounts on live events and experiential activations
  • Providing day to day support to the wider production team, both in the office during pre-production and onsite during build, live event and de-rig
  • Building strong relationships with other members of the team to ensure client objectives are met with seamless delivery and within agreed budget and timings
  • Typical responsibilities to include (but not limited to):
    • Sourcing competitive quotes
    • Sourcing and ordering props, unforms, collateral etc
    • Location research, sourcing event locations
    • Managing travel & transport arrangements
    • Sourcing, liaising, contracting, and building relationships with suppliers
    • Developing mood boards and client presentations
    • Budget development and management
    • Writing and delivering design & production briefs to both in house and external creative teams
    • Project tracking e.g. status reports, timing plans
    • Supporting with the creation of relevant health & safety documentation/materials
    • On site event management & production support
    • Finance support, raising PO’s and feeding into budgets

Role to be based at the agency’s London office with occasional national and international travel where required

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 2 year’s experience in a live event, experiential, or production agency
  • A team player, that goes above and beyond to support the team
  • Positive attitude, works to maintain a happy working environment
  • Demonstrates good knowledge of processes involved with planning live events
  • Excellent communication skills – demonstrates credibility and social authority when dealing with team members, partners & clients
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and effectively across multiple tasks
  • Commercially minded – seeks to reduce costs and maximise efficiencies where possible
  • Some previous experience and understanding of the importance of accurate financial management e.g. drafting client budgets and creating and managing internal budget planners
  • Excellent organisational ability – works in a time efficient and organised manner. Seeks to streamline process where appropriate and prioritises effectively
