THE SPECIFICS
- A creatively curious mind and tenacious project manager.
- Working on multiple projects across a number of key accounts at any given time
- Working across a host of channel specific activations; integrated TTL campaigns, content production, experience / activations, digital & social.
- Effective management of end-to-end small to medium sized projects (content production, small scale activations etc.)
- Setting and managing client and internal team expectations, and tightly managing timelines.
- Building strong relationships with cross functional teams to ensure client objectives are met with seamless delivery and within agreed budget and timings.
- Supporting the facilitation of agency project kick-off sessions and internal creative sessions.
- Key account handling/project management skills including but not limited to;
- Project tracking i.e. status reports, timing plans, resource booking / management etc.
- Budget development, management, and reporting
- Timely and accurate client correspondence
- Writing and delivering briefs to internal & external teams
- Maintaining a detailed knowledge and understanding of the resource allocation and financials of projects.
- Day to day contact with clients, key partners and external agency contacts as needed – displaying good judgement and emotional intelligence in all dealings and looking to add value at all times.
- Championing the creation of credible and impactful work, delivering results we can all be proud of.
- Role to be based at the agency’s London office, with occasional national and international travel where required.
- Agency teams enjoy a working week split of 2-days in-office (Monday + Thursday) / 3-days ‘Work From Home’
