Pan European engagement campaign to launch the all-new Nissan X-Trail.
Conceived to drive excitement and engagement around the launch of the all-new Nissan X-trail, this integrated campaign launched with a multi market social competition to find Europe’s ultimate adventurer.
5 winners were transported to the foothills of the Himalayas to experience a true #X-TrailAdventure, kayaking, canyon swinging and mountain biking their way through the stunning landscapes of Nepal. They were accompanied by Mountain Climbing Expert and Psychologist Matt Walker and a documentary film crew. Key media and influencers from multiple markets were also invited to experience the adventure for themselves, following in the footsteps of the winners on their journey through Nepal.
‘The Five Elements of Adventure’ documentary premiered at London’s Adventure Film Festival and was then released via a first of its kind partnership with Vimeo on Demand. Royalties from the sale of the film are gifted to the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) to help aid the earthquake relief efforts in Nepal.
